The intended model is a Get my FMX update process that sends a fresh, time-limited claim to the verified original purchase email.
What the future direct process is intended to do
- The purchaser enters the original direct-purchase email.
- The service checks a valid FMX purchase entitlement.
- A fresh one-time update claim is sent if the entitlement is valid.
- The claim produces a short-lived private download link.
This planned process creates no FMX password, profile, customer dashboard, or memo upload. Changing the entitlement email would require contacting support and verifying the transaction.
Same product, continuing support
The intended direct entitlement covers future updates to the same FMX product while PITIP continues supporting it under the Android package identity si.pitipmitim.fmx. This does not promise perpetual support, and a genuinely separate future product may require a separate purchase.
